Timing

This means in the first few days or even weeks of wear, you will not be too far from your watch or a timer on your phone. Movement

When you take the aligners out to eat food, before putting them back in, you will need to brush your teeth to remove food and other pieces of debris. This will ensure that you are at a lower risk of developing cavities or gum disease.

Weekly reports
